Terms of Use

Lexor Café (“Lexor”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides food and beverage ordering and related services through our website and mobile application. By accessing our Application/Website or placing an order by any available channel (including phone), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

We may update these Terms from time to time subject to applicable laws and regulations. Please review them whenever you place an order as changes may affect your rights.

• “Agreement” means these Terms, the Privacy Policy, payment instructions, and related notices.
• “Privacy Policy” means the policy describing how we collect and use your personal data.
• “You/Your” refers to the person accessing the Application/Website and/or placing an order.
• “We/Us/Our/Lexor Café” refers to Lexor Café.
• “Goods” refers to food, beverages, and any items offered for sale.
• “Services” refers to delivery and other services made available by Lexor Café.
• “Application/Website” refers to Lexor Café’s mobile application and/or website.

• By placing an order through our Application/Website, you enter into an agreement with Lexor Café for processing and fulfilling that order.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information (contact details, delivery address, instructions, etc.).
• If you pay by card/mobile money, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and have sufficient funds.
• Product images are for presentation only; actual items may vary slightly.
• Goods and Services are for personal use only. Resale or acting as an agent for a third party is prohibited unless permitted in writing.
• You are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for your dietary/health needs and preferences.
• Orders are subject to availability, delivery capacity, and acceptance. Automated confirmations acknowledge receipt but do not guarantee fulfillment.
• If an item is unavailable or delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you by phone/SMS.

• All prices displayed are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice.
• Prices include applicable taxes (where relevant) and exclude delivery charges (shown at checkout or communicated after order placement).
• If a displayed price is incorrect, we will contact you and you may choose to proceed or cancel.
• Payment may be made via cash on delivery (where available) or online methods shown on the Application/Website.
• Online payments must be completed before delivery. Payment providers may conduct security checks.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Late delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund of the delivery fee.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect information or lack of access/instructions, the order may be treated as delivered and responsibility transfers to you.
• If we cannot deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange cancellation or an alternate address.

• To cancel an order, contact us via phone or the support channels provided.
• Only cancellations made before preparation begins may be accepted and refunded.
• We may cancel an order due to unavailability or delivery constraints and will refund any payment received.
• Refunds may be processed back to your payment method or issued as a Lexor Café voucher, typically within 21 days (where applicable).
• If you receive the wrong order, you may reject it at delivery and we will address it through replacement and/or refund as appropriate.

• All content, branding, text, images, layout, and trademarks on the Application/Website belong to Lexor Café or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative services using our platform or materials.

Where we request information to provide Goods or Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete details. You authorize us to process your personal data to deliver services, manage customer support, and comply with legal obligations. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

We take complaints seriously and aim to respond within 24 business hours.

• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the Application/Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses.
• If we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Goods/Services.
• We are not liable for force majeure events or issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Suspected fraud or abuse of vouchers/discounts may result in account blocking and refusal of service.

• All prices are listed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise.
• We may subcontract parts of our services and assign rights under these Terms where lawful.
• Do not use bots/automations, scrape, harvest data, hack, or misuse the Application/Website.
• If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda and disputes fall under the courts of Uganda.
